Returns
SolidX offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at solidx.s10@gmail.com. All returns must be approved prior to sending. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning your item once approved and placing a new order for the desired product to ensure faster processing.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must meet the standard return eligibility requirements.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
